THE HIDEOUT job skills training
Specially trained instructors lead job training classes pertaining to various jobs available in the community based on skill level. Steps to perform job will be explained in detail, and participants are given time to learn skills to find comfort and ease in successfully completely the tasks independently in efforts to obtain internships and jobs in their desired job. We believe that everyone has the potential to learn and thrive, and we are committed to providing a supportive, safe and inclusive environment for all of our participants.
Sessions cost $150 per individual session.

Participants will learn how to bus tables (wash tables, set tables, clear tables) and serve customers drinks and food. Participants will learn and demonstrate proper communication skills needed to complete the job.

Participants will learn how to clean cars both interiorly (wipe down interior, vaccum interior, clean windows) and exteriorly (soap bucket, wash with sponge, rinse, dry exterior with blower and towels , apply tire shine). Participants will learn and demonstrate proper communication skills needed to complete the job.

Once participants have learn skills and demonstrated adequate skill levels to perform jobs, participants will move on to obtaining internships in their preferred interests.
